Our apt hotel was brand new. We had 2 toilet rooms and an amazing shower. We had a suite that is supposed to sleep 6 but I think 6 adults would be tight. However, it was perfect for a family of 3. This subway was a 6 minute walk (Gojo stop) but we didn’t really use the subway. Kyoto is a very walkable city. The apt was very clean and had all the utensils and cooking pots, etc. We didn’t use the stowaway burner. We didn’t cook, as there were plenty of places to eat. The apt also had a combo washer dryer. The dryer worked really well even though it took over two hours to dry all our clothes. They provide free detergent, toothbrush and razor at the reception area. We were on the 6th floor facing the street and we didn’t hear a lot of traffic noise so we slept well. Our apt was well lit with natural light.
Staff were very efficient and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and I highly recommend this apt hotel.

Large room and good shower
Hotel on a main road so very noisy. For a new hotel no double glazing or external sound proofing
