Clean aesthetics of the place. The moment you step into the property, you feel you are in a safe and warm space, which was nice for cold Kyoto evenings. Filtered water dispenser is available for use just outside the room. Very basic rooms but quality finishes and clean.
The heating was quiet tricky to use. Both my parens’ and our room got cold towards the morning and woke us up.
