A big thank you to the staff for the great communication, clear instructions, and smooth return of the security deposit

We enjoyed our stay overall. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped with air conditioning. The location is excellent — right on the waterfront, with the beach just across the road and a supermarket only about 50 meters away. A larger supermarket is also within walking distance uphill.

The apartment is probably more suitable for two couples. There is no balcony or terrace, and the windows and plumbing are quite old. Two bedrooms face the inner courtyard, where the neighbours’ children can be quite noisy in the evenings, and the older windows do not provide much sound insulation. The building entrance is also quite dark and dirty.

Location

The communal hallway was filthy. The property itself was not particularly clean. We had problems with the fuse box tripping. The water in the main shower was warm but not hot. There were insufficient and quite tatty towels.

Ligging aan het strand en uitzicht op zee

- niet echt een fijn welkom; met een grote dode plant bij binnenkomst! Niemand lange tijd geweest om te controleren e.d - Lekkende syphon van wastafel in een vd slaapkamers; moeten dweilen met handdoeken - veel te kleine zogenaamde 2e badkamer met onhygiënisch douchegordijn - continu rioollucht uit beide ‘badkamers’ plus tot overmaat van ramp ‘rioolvliegjes/motmuggen’!
