The apartment is spacious, in a great location, and close to restaurants. As a fanily of 4, we enjoyed having private bathrooms, and a space to eat breakfast in the kitchen, and a chance to hang out in the living room. Not many apartments in this price range have that much space The hosts were kind and helpful, we were able to store the luggages from early in the morning in their reception, nearby apartment. There was water, juice, some food in the fridge for us - very kind!
Unfortunately, the bedrooms don't have air conditioning (only a living room does) - just fans - so for people who sweat a lot like us it can be a bit uncomforatble. Also, there is an issue with water pressure in the bathrooms + it turns once cold, once hot. Not a big deal, but can be annoying.

good location, lots of kitchen utensils, staples like milk, eggs, and jam in the fridge
condition only in one room, one shower didnt worked and it wasnt fixed during our stay

Los dormitorios no tenían aire acondicionado, en la heladera había comida empezada, el acceso asustaba, uno de los baños no tenía a veces agua el inodoro, el anfitrion descortés.
