I got into trouble with my flight due to weather circumstances, and this hotel was the only quick and budget option to spend night in. My experience was great, despite all bad reviews mentioned here — I got zero problems with the staff (owner), who sent all the needed information via Booking.com, where I booked the room. I also contacted Jose directly on WhatsApp, he responded in a couple of minutes despite it was midnight. Jose was very polite and friendly, explained to me how to get in and cope with the locker.
The room was basic and spacious — all stuff needed, a big double bed with clean sheets, comfy mattress. The room had an AC, but I didn’t need it tho, a big closet, a table and TV. Bathroom and kitchen were neat and clean, no dirt visible, the shower is amazing — with the relaxing shower head that made me feel as a human being again. I slept well, no noise, the roommates were quiet and friendly.
All in all, I’d highly recommend this place if you need to stay somewhere occasionally for a night and recover from a bad travel.🤍
There was only one electric socket in the room, and they left the air freshener on — the room smelled too much for me personally.

Io e altri 4 amici abbiamo prenotato due stanze per una settimana nella struttura, una tripla e una doppia.
Al nostro arrivo le nostre stanze erano perfettamente pulite, l'unica cosa in disordine erano le zone comuni che però sono state pulite dal servizio di pulizia letteralmente il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo.
La posizione è molto comoda, attaccata alla metro, a un bar aperto 24/7 e un supermarket. Ci sono inoltre un sacco di fermate bus attorno alla struttura e l'aeroporto è molto vicino.
L'accesso è garantito da codici PIN, uno per l'ingresso in casa e uno per recuperare le chiavi della stanza e del portone d'ingresso. L'appartamento è al 4 piano e non c'è l'ascensore, però non credo sia un punto negativo semplicemente perché l'host ci ha informati della situazione prima che arrivassimo.
I letti erano comodi e la struttura accogliente.
L'unica cosa che migliorerei è che in camera da letto c'è solo una presa elettrica (noi ce la siamo cavati con una multipla) e che lo scarico della doccia s'intasa facilmente.

Доволі простора кімната, працюючий кондиціонер. В інших кімнатах було тихо, ніхто не заважав (за виключенням першої ночі, коли в сусідній кімнаті о 12 ночі дівчата вирішили що їм дуже треба співати).
Класна місцерозташування, поруч метро та багато автобусних зупинок, щоб легко дістатись як до центру, так і до пляжу.
1) Вхідні двері відкриваються кодовим замком. Ми вводили код по мінімум 20 разів щоразу щоб їх відкрити. Замок зламаний. Двері не відчинялись. Іноді це вже просто давило на нерви
2) ненормальний сусід з поверху вище. Вирішив що йому щось не подобається і відпустив свою собаку яка з гавкотом кинулась на нас
3) не закриваються на ключ двері ванної кімнати. Для спільної ванної кімнати це неприпустимо
4) таракани
