Zelo lepa hiša z ogrevanim bazenom. Zelo lepo očiščena. V hiši je bila vsa potrebna oprema, ki je bila funkcionalna in lepo vzdrževana. Privatno parkirišče neposredno ob vhodu. Na razdalji petih minut pešačenja se nahajajo trgovine, restavracije in plaža. Res odlično.
V zvezi z nastanitvijo in krajem ni bilo nič takšnega, kar bi bilo moteče.

Location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, but within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. Great room in the villa for the whole family, and absolutely everything you could need is provided for.
This isn't a negative, just to watch out that the pool is deep - perfect for swimming in but not ideal for very young children (might not be able to stand). Everything else was amazing.

Villa Eric is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the lively Puerto del Carmen strip — perfect for both relaxing and having fun. The villa is very clean and has everything you need, including fresh towels, cleaning supplies, a washing machine, and toiletries. Each room is comfortable and well looked after, with extra towels in the wardrobes. Families will enjoy the selection of games and books to use together. The best part is the lovely swimming pool, which can be heated if you like — great for relaxing and enjoying the sun. I highly recommend Villa Eric for a wonderful stay!
Only thing I would say maybe some air con could be put in as some days and nights were very hot but there is fans which worked great

Het huis en de locatie waren uitstekend. Huurauto kon direct bij de woning geparkeerd worden. Lopend was het strand, winkels en de boulevard prima te bereiken. Communicatie met Ilona (de host) was ook dik in orde.
Wij hadden Villa Eric specifiek voor het verwarmde zwembad gehuurd vanwege ons verblijf tijdens de wat koelere periode eind december. Het zwembad zelf was prachtig maar de watertemperatuur was maar 17,5 graden bij aankomst. De warmtepomp stond wel aan maar kon niet meer dan 1,5 graad per dag verwarmen. Na 2 dagen stopte de warmtepomp ermee, er kwamen wel mensen langs om een poging te doen het probleem te verhelpen maar dit is zeker niet geslaagd. Er was vast een technisch probleem met de warmtepomp maar de oorzaak van het probleem lag zeker aan het te laat inschakelen van de warmtepomp pomp. Dit had zeker een week voor onze aankomst moeten gebeuren, dan was de temperatuur waarschijnlijk in orde geweest of het probleem eerder geconstateerd zodat er adequaat opgetreden kon worden. Al met al een tegenvaller voor het verdere prachtige huis, de vakantie was verder gelukkig wel geslaagd.
