The rooms seemed newly renovated. Everything worked. The rooms were clean. The bed was more comfortable than expected. After paying two arms and two legs for 1 night at a hotel in Vancouver, this place seemed like a steal.
I also was surprised at how peaceful and quiet the room was (facing the back).
The hotel is on the main strip and there are lots of places to eat/ shop nearby.
There is like, no signage you can see from the road. We found it at night thanks to Maps. The climate control on the wall seems to only control the heat, so woke up middle of the night very hot and had to manually turn on the AC.

Location great. Bed very comfortable. Had air conditioning.
Lady at desk quite nice.
Could use another mirror. With more than one person using bathroom only one small mirror is not enough.
Also more counter space. Lots of wasted space and a table or dresser with mirror would make it a lot better.
Windows very dirty. Floors not clean.

Location was perfect, staff was pleasent
Room description, (Website showed a significantly fancier room , double) very basic, vinyl floor, NO inside room, security lock. Bed sheet had a ... stain on it, yuck.
