The staff were very friendly especially Steve the manager couldn’t do enough for you. We were made to feel very welcome.

Nice property, nicely greeted in the smart looking downstairs pub. My dinner was very good and a good selection of drinks available, both reasonably priced. Good bathroom decoration, nice shower. Overall room cean and tidy.
I was not advised no breakfast available until I checked in. It was suggested I drive to a Salthouse Farm shop and cafe for breakfast. I drove there the next day to find it did not open until 9am, way to late for me, poor info but probably suggested as both establishments are connected business wise.
I had a lovely breakfast at 82B Lower street Salhouse , Norwich, United Kingdom, NR13 6AD. Highly recommended.
Nowhere to sit in the room, not one chair and nowhere to do any work etc . Music noise very apparent from below until 22.30.
0630 noisy beer deliveries outside the next morning
Access to the rooms is via a dirty smelly back passageway for beer kegs etc, not at all nice.
Lastly so far unable to get a receipt for the stay desite messaging via Booking.com
I would not rush back, but if certain improvements were made i would reconsider as it is a lovely place potentially.
