Sehr sehr gute Lage, modern, bequem, schön ausgestattet und sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl
Die Kommunikation war nicht gut. Auf Zusatzfragen wurde im Chat nicht reagiert. Wir waren ein paar Minuten vor Check-In Zeit da, ich habe mich telefonisch beim Gastgeber gemeldet, es ist niemand rangegangen. Im Appartment 5 ließ sich das Licht im Wohnzimmer durch keinen der Schalter ausschalten, wir haben alle ausprobiert. Das Licht drängte durch die Bauweise in die Schlafzimmer hinein, wodurch es ständig hell war und der Schlaf gestört wurde und letzten Tag haben es die Kakerlaken auch in unsere Wohnung geschafft.

Расположение очень удачное. Прям в центре Вены.
Кондиционеры напольные и не очень хорошо холодно, и сильно шумят.
Душевая красивая и большая, но не работает тропический душ. Приходится держать в руке лейку

The location
1- The floor was dirty.
2- The apartment had a strong smell to it especially in one bedroom.
3- It had a portable AC so it had little effect in making the rooms cool and it was noisy.
4- I couldn’t communicate with the host before check in to get early check in even offering to pay a fee.
5- It had no living area and a tin kitchen space.
