בית מלון קטן ומקסים במרחק של כמה דקות הליכה ממרכז העיר .
הארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאד וסוגרת פינה להתחיל את היום. הצוות בקבלה נחמד ביותר תמיד יש שם מספר נציגים והם מאד שירותים חייכניים ורק רוצים לעזור .
המיטה סופר נוחה - המקלחת מרווחת והחדר נקי מאד עם ריח נעים .
אהבנו מאד ובהחלט אם אחזור לכותאיסי זה למלון הזה.

Great that it was possible to enter the room first, thank you cleaning staff.
I was quite disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff. I was ignored at the lobby, and I was asked to come back at the very last moment to settle something that could easily have been handled using my credit card. Overall, I was not satisfied with the way things were handled and found the general service disappointing. This is especially frustrating considering this is supposed to be a four-star hotel.
