This place was beyond expectations. Set in the jungle near Datai Bay, the location is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. From the infinity pool you can watch hornbills glide over the trees and monkeys often come by. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly kind. She cooked us amazing vegan dinners every evening, once even with a Filipino twist. And yes, there’s a friendly cat who loves a cuddle. Truly a special stay I’d return to in a heartbeat.
