The apartment was in a great location with easy access to public transport, restaurants and convenience stores, making it an excellent base for exploring Osaka. It was also very clean, and the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable throughout my stay.
There were a few issues that could be improved. The property was quite difficult to find at first, as the entrance and elevator are located next to the grocery store, which wasn't immediately obvious. Although the apartment was spacious, there wasn't enough cupboard or wardrobe space to store clothes, especially for a longer stay.
The biggest frustration was the key lockbox. It was very old and extremely difficult to open, to the point where staff had to come and help me access the key. I suggested replacing it with a newer lockbox, as it would make the check-in process much smoother and avoid unnecessary stress for future guests.
