Nice apartment
A very friendly Chinese man who works in the shop below helped us find the way to the apartment.
Need little more info about how to get in ( a pointing arrow will be helpful or a sign on the photo or outside the building)
Coat and towel hangers and maybe a little extra table will be helpful too( girls need more space for their stuff :-)
Need a little touch of cleaning by the sink in the bathroom ( shelfs and the top of the washing machine)

The room was spacious and bigger than I expected. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated.
Bedding had a slight sour smell and a hair strand though — small room for improvement.

The property is like 10 minutes away by walk from Dotonbori, so the location is really convenient. The apartment is new, very clean and spacious, it has everything anyone could need, we really enjoyed our stay!
Unfortunately this is something the owner can't do much about, but the entrance is the same of a Chinese market and the elevator is in common, so they use it to transport meat and stuff to their storage room on the first floor, and it smells REALLY BAD, also it's extremely dirty.
As in for the apartment, the toilet seat should be fixed cause it's too wobbly but it's nothing serious :)
