Exterior of property and neighborhood was rough. Inside was nice and clean.

Not worth the money, highly over rated.

Nothing

They wanted a $40 damage fee before we checked in (on top of the total cost), and $25 per hour early check in fee. The unit had a heavy smell of marijuana. The bathroom sink fixture was loose and not fully attached to the sink. The bathroom sink backed up with any amount of water. There were missing light bulbs in some fixtures and non working ones in others. There were no paper towels along with many other issues. It was not a well kept property. We booked it for four nights and left after one with no refund despite reporting all this to the property manager. It was the worst experience we have had and the Booking.com rating was 9.1. Not even close, more like a 6.5. Was relying heavily on the Booking.com rating.

If you want a place to stay and are not party people this will provide a great place for your stay.

It was a very clean and peaceful place to stay. Location is close to a busy street but the environment and people around the area did not disturb us at all. We came back late at night from an event and were respectful of the rules and tenant below, had no issues. Many places to obtain food, fast or otherwise. Recommended. Also highly recommend Yanna's Cafe down the block.

Great location, very clean and quiet!

It was a very clean and peaceful place to stay. Location is close to a busy street but the environment and people around the area did not disturb us at all. We came back late at night from an event and were respectful of the rules and tenant below, had no issues. Many places to obtain food, fast or otherwise. Recommended. Also highly recommend Yanna's Cafe down the block.
