The space was perfect for me and my dad. Very quaint and clean. Large bedrooms with comfy beds. Hosts were very responsive to all our questions/inquiries.
We were down in Arizona from Alberta, Canada, getting away from the snow and cold. A small issue; but we felt like the backyard could have been a little more inviting. (appeared that maybe some landscaping was in future plans) It would have been nice to sit out on the patio, with a table and umbrella even tho the area was experiencing a major heat wave (March).

Host was great to work with, and she put up with my constant questions. The property is DARLING and you can tell they had a lot of fun choosing things to make it homey. It is close to the streets, but as soon as you turn into the neighborhood it is nice and quiet. We slept great, which is my number one priority! Would definitely stay there again!
My only "complaint" was that the water in the shower was not as hot as I like (I like it pretty much scalding), but to be honest, pretty much no hotel keeps it hot enough to make me happy. But it didn't bother me enough to make me not stay there again.

Pepper Place was a great spot for our training center. The house was very clean, and they provided several condiments for us to use. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and always easy to reach.
