Quiet and clean. The resturaunt staff and grounds keeper are so good at being quick with anything needed.
Maya is a treasure and very good at her job. I felt lucky to have such a good host and nice people working at Santorini’s.
I know the house was on the north part of the island and It’s a bit difficult to find the properly address with online maps. But the resturaunt was easy to find to get help for directions to the villa and get clarification on where to go.

The place is fabulous and the view is amazing, with a stunning sunset every evening. There’s a private beach with two sunbeds per room, giving a wonderfully remote feeling — yet bars and restaurants are still close by. The rooms are super clean and the management is genuinely approachable; they really take care of you and respond within seconds on WhatsApp.
Breakfast delivery works well and the food is delicious, though unfortunately its served out of paper boxes. If you’d like it served on plates instead, you’ll need to head to the main hotel (about a 10-minute scooter ride away)
Construction work ongoing 24/7 and it’s not pleasant to sit outside in the evenings, as there’s always someone, somewhere, having a bonfire and burning rubbish and plastic (!). Headaches guaranteed.
The beach isn’t good for swimming - it’s too shallow and there are stone walls all around. Though nice spots in walking distance.
You’ll also always have someone in your front yard sweeping the stones, watering the sand or watering the plants — not much privacy.
Water pressure isn’t consistent.
