Escape to Sandyland in our 2 bedroom condo located in a beachfront triplex in beautiful Carpinteria. Family friendly and just steps from the sand, our condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. The condo has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with bunk beds (twin/full), and 1 bath. Spacious living room and dining room that seats 4. The outdoor eating area is equipped with a propane grill. Boogie boards, beach chairs and towels included.
This condo is ground level, one story, and faces the street. The kitchen has a coffee pot (with single brew or 12 cup options), waffle maker, toaster and blender, as well as all the general cooking supplies you need to prepare delicious meals. The beach is just steps away from the door as this condo is in a beachfront triplex that is on the sand.

The condo is clean, updated, and comfortable. The bedrooms sleep two in one room and three in the bunk bed room. The location is AMAZING! Right on the beach and very close to the adorable downtown with its shops, coffee houses, restaurants and cafes. We would stay there again!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this charming seaside condo! It was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and incredibly convenient. The location is ideal and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our only minor issue was some noise from an energetic child in the unit above, running back and forth throughout the day. Aside from that, everything was perfect!
