About this house rental
Cozy one bedroom cottage on Anna Maria Island. Basic, comfortable and surrounded by shady trees. Just a three minute walk to the beach, a five minute walk to downtown Bridge St, local restaurants and bars, and directly across the street from a pickleball court. Free trolley transportation up and down the island with frequent service. Property has a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and there is a Queen-size pullout sofa. Ample parking. It is also located neck door to our other 1 bedroom cottage (4914483) for those who wish for multi-family bookings.
Fifty dollar per night discount factored in due to ongoing county construction. We love to share this beautiful part of Florida with our guests and aim to make each stay an enjoyable one.

Awesome location! Just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Had everything we needed in the cottage it made our stay simple!

The house was in the perfect location even though the backside was on a main road. It was only loud when a motorcycle flew by otherwise we didn’t mind the traffic noise at all. No plunger was in the house and every house needs a plunger. That was an issue. I apparently didn’t read all the fine print and when I had to go back online to try to contact the owner due to not having a plunger, I saw that fine print of not having carbon monoxide detectors in the house. That was a bit disturbing. They are cheap and should be up for obvious safety reasons. Otherwise we were very happy with everything and the price we paid for being 2 minutes walking distance to beach.
