Location, location! Escape to this peaceful apartment in picturesque Newport, within walking distance to transportation center across the street, Goat Island, downtown and everything Newport has to offer. This cozy, first floor retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king bed, bunk bed w/double & twin & twin trundle, perfect for small groups or families. Two full bathrooms are equipped with showers, bathtub, hair dryer and other amenities. Guests can unwind in comfort in a very clean, well maintained and newly renovated in 2025 property. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Newport and our apartment have to offer. *No more than four adults or two adults and three kids without owner approval.

This is a beautiful apartment, stylishly decorated and comfortable. There is even an attractive electric fireplace, with optional heat, to create a calm mood. There is also a laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, behind the master bedroom. The entire apartment is immaculate. Both bathrooms have modern showers adding comfort for a guest.This is a very walkable location, the Point in Newport. It is 3 blocks to a charming waterside park overlooking the famous Newport bridge and Goat Island. Another 3 blocks in another direction places you in heart of all the shopping and restaurants. The host is responsive and helpful and has comprised an elaborate activity sheet. We loved our month stay in May, 2026 and hope to come back soon.

Absolutely fantastic experience - I couldn’t recommend the space more! Thoughtfully renovated, details weren’t missed. The spa-like bathtub you actually want to sit in was a nice surprise. Perfect location for walking in and out of town. Hosts were incredibly responsive without being overbearing- a thoughtful guide with all questions typed out was a nice touch. Will stay here again!
