Location, size of room/bed. Shower, view
Access issues using codes, poor lighting in bathroom, no full length mirror,
Air conditioning broke for nearly 24hrs and was only fan, but couldn't sleep with it due to noise it made
Outside noise going in from 01am - 06am Fri/Sat night
No ironing board, washing machine etc if you want longer than say a 3 day stay

This is only the my second 10! Staff were great. The apartment beautiful, quiet and comfortable with a perfect location. The kitchen had nice things and they supplied coffee and herbal teas. Keyless entry was convenient. Our apartment was on the fifth floor facing the main Ave and it was quiet inside
In an apartment that's gets a 10! I would like to see a couple more things in the kitchen. Salt and oil. Just small packets would be so convenient. There was no washer but we new that when we booked.

No pudimos descansar por la noche pues en la habitación con galería se oyen hasta las conversaciones de la calle. Dado que se encuentra en una zona con locales de ocio nocturno en las proximidades y era fin de semana no quisimos conciliar el sueño.
