Great staff and great location directly at the beach. Facilities are very nice to relax. We spent every night dining in the restaurant because outside options were not appealing to us but restaurant is great for a couple of nights.
Weird smell and ants in the toilet but that is acceptable for a beach hotel in Zanzibar.

It was clean, breakfast was nice
Only villa is with direct sea view, room was with „partial” sea view, beach is not so nice to compare to nungwi, if you would like to spend all the time in the hotel it is worth to go there, if you would like to enjoy the Zanzibar life (super safe) You must go to nungwi

Very good food, both at breakfast and when we ate there in the afternoons or evenings.
Great pizzas. Do not miss the tuna tartare
Wifi in the room was sometimes weak and disconnected (in the shared facilities it was excellent)

Place is new well furniture, nice view
Beach is not good and rocky, room size is good but i had bad experience with A/C, it was hot although I informed the manager but they did nothing, the worst is the restaurant, orders take too much time, and the quality of the food is below the minimum honestly i stayed in better hotels with same prices.
