I would live there if they would sell it to me.

The view was absolutely amazing. That alone was worth the stay. The fact that there was a golf cart really was important. The location would be a lot of taxi rides if it wasn’t there. The house is very comfortable and clean. All my interactions with the rental company were great and the response was very fast. I go to Avalon several times a year and have been doing it for over 60 years. This is my new place to stay. We will be back soon to 123 upper terrace.

It could use a couple more seats on the balcony. Very minor issue.
