location was very good french doors to open which we needed
gulls. so many of them nesting on the roofs of the caravans. they are so noisy all night long. i think this is a problem over the park. need more comfortable garden chairs for balcony. had to keep balcony clean mess caused by gulls.

It was perfect for my elderly mum and dad, especially with the veranda.
Loved the ducks.
Loved the seagull chicks nesting on the roof of our holiday home and a seagull nesting on next doors roof.
Nothing not to like.
Struggled at first to get the gas oven going but got there in the end.

Location very good , easy walk or bus stop near by, close to beach.
Lots of seagulls nesting on park roofs, very noisy and frightening at night as they had young ones something should be done to stop
then from making nests on lodge and caravan roofs. Also stopped our enjoyment from sitting outside on decking. Decking was covered in bird
muck and one chair was unusable as it was broken, it was a lovely lodge no complaints about inside .

Lodge was clean, plenty of space and in a quiet part of Manor Park.
The position of the caravan does not allow for much sun on the decking, on a hot day you get limited sun and mostly shade.
Be prepared to be woken up at 4 am with the seagulls on the roof of the caravan.
