The staff were friendly and very prompt, the room had a great view, it faced the station which was a little loud but the views were excellent. The bed was large and it was also very comfy. The hotel was also 2 minute walk from the station.
They did not provide me with any toilet roll or soap for the shower and the room was a little tired. The breakfast was very minimal but considering the price I paid, this was amazing value for money

The staff is really nice and they accommodated me by ensuring my insulin was kept cool.
The sanitation wasn’t very proficient. This definitely needs to be addressed. The security of the door was not very assuring as it’s a click button.

Good bed, toilet and shower. Location in center of Aguas Calientes. Basic accomodatipn overall.
Breakfast was very minimal. We booked two rooms: 1 had train station spotlight entirely shining on the room, didn't have (main) light in the bathroom. Other room: heater didn't work. Both rooms seemed to have a moisture issue in the bathroom, no nightlights near the bed. Train station right outside the room. Although friendly, (most) staff didn't speak English.
Pictures on Booking are better than reality. No room cleaning.
