Excellent location near train station. Perfect for 1 night stay. Very helpful staff who picked us up at the train station and helped us check in early so that we could go to Machu Picchu refreshed. We also stayed in hotel lobby for a few hours before our train on the day back.
I don’t have any complaints. The elevator was not working when we visited but the staff helped us carry our luggage both during check in and check out.

Staff were lovely and the location was fantastic. They allowed us to store our bags for the day while visiting Machu Picchu.
Unfortunately the room did not have air-conditioning, nor could we open the windows due to the constant smell of fried food from the restaurants below so it was too hot to sleep comfortably.
The stairwell echos and if you are unlucky enough to have inconsiderate travellers staying there also, be prepared to use earplugs. We we woken up at midnight from people returning from a night out and again at 4am from people leaving to Machu Picchu.
