Easy to get to from the train station. Great spa for a massage after hiking. Comfortable room and bed.
Bathroom a little bare bones (no lotion etc). A few staff members didn’t understand English and instead of saying they didn’t understand things just didn’t get done. Would be good to have some sort of sandwich or something people can order between lunch and dinner.

The jacuzzi were beautiful but the pool was freezing and when your paying this much you think they could heat.
My friends got covered with bug bites in room and mine was full of spiders. I realize we were in the jungle but paying that much maybe could be kept a little cleaner.
