Check in was fast. They held our luggage and delivered it to the train station. Few minutes later than promised but there were many bags. Great breakfast! Clean rooms n tv was working.

Spacious and comfortable room atop the hill, with beautiful view of the town. The pick-up service was a nice added touch. Nice and professional staff. Breakfast spread is good and the early opening hours is very useful for an early start to Machu Picchu.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our visit to Machu Picchu. The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent.
One of the highlights was the included breakfast, which was a great way to start the day before exploring the area. The location is also fantastic, with the beautiful waterfall and the Aguas Termales (hot springs) conveniently located right behind the hotel, making it easy to enjoy some relaxation after a day of sightseeing.
If you're planning a visit to Machu Picchu and are looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's a great choice for a short stay while exploring one of the world's most incredible destinations.

I had a wonderful three night stay. Delicious breakfast, comfortable room, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, peaceful location on a small plaza with pretty garden and near the waterfall. I highly recommend this hotel.
