I really enjoyed my stay at Sokcho Hotel Oasis (which, as several commenters have already pointed out, is really close to both the Express Bus Terminal and Sokcho Beach; moreover, it is quite easy to travel to more remote places, such as Seoraksan, from there). I was actually positively surprised when I entered my room, as it was bigger than I had expected based on the pitcures which I had seen before booking. Moreover, I concur with the people who highlighted the staff's friendliness and willingness to help: not only did they not want to let me carry my luggage up to my room and back down, but they were also very responsive when I was faced with an issue (of my own doing), which was quickly solved.
