This Woodland guest house was a real find. Just five minutes from family we were visiting, in the historic district, and close to shopping, restaurants, and the Sacramento airport. Everything looks brand new, and it is immaculately clean. It is well equipped with everything you could need, and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, and it has great shower heads in both showers. There is a very private patio out back, shaded by beautiful trees. Curtis and Dustin made us feel so welcome. We’ll be back.

The property is phenomenal and everything you could hope for with an airb&b stay. Clean & pristine home while also being very welcoming and comfortable. 12/10 Recommend!

Super clean, modern home with great amenities. The beds were comfortable, soft linens, beautiful bathrooms, tv in every room... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
