Inside, the sprawling one floor layout offers both gathering spaces for memorable moments and quiet corners for reflection. The gourmet kitchen with large central island flows effortlessly into a spacious living and dining area—perfect for entertaining against the backdrop of ocean vistas.

One side of the home features a guest wing with two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom and the other has a full bathroom next door in the hallway. Across the main living area, a hallway leads to the primary bedroom suite. This area is a true sanctuary in every sense, with commanding water views, king bed, sitting area with TV and lavish en-suite bath with a large wet room shower with soaking tub.

Further down the hallway you will find the last two bedrooms plus a cozy den for additional gathering space. These two bedrooms each have a bunk bed setup with a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. A full bathroom between the rooms completes the setup.

Step outdoors from multiple points in the home to find your private beachfront experience. A large deck on the ocean side of the home features a dining table, open outdoor shower and two chaise loungers. A large decking clad courtyard with a gas grill centers the front of the home.
