The driveway and roads leading to the home are paved with a gentle incline, making access easy year-round. There’s ample parking for multiple cars. Guests enter via the lower level of the home:
-The front door sits beneath the upper deck.
-Keyless entry: you’ll receive a unique door code for both the deadbolt and handle keypad a few days before arrival.
-A Simplisafe doorbell camera is available to contact the local property manager if needed, and their phone number will be in your reservation messages.
-For security, the upper deck and driveway are monitored by exterior cameras only—no interior cameras.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home. Having coffee supplies when we wakeup is always a wonderful touch. The home was very peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was wonderful after long hikes and the view of the property set the tone.I loved the modern decor of the home and the amenities. Our host made the stay very comfortable. Communication was great with Joshua. He made sure we had everything we needed and very prompt in responding to any questions. Check-in to check-out was very easy. The proximity to great trails, downtown and The Biltmore was fantastic.I would highly recommend staying at this home. We would definitely stay again.

This two bedroom one bathroom house was perfect for our family of four during our visit to Asheville. The location felt secluded and private, with lots of mature trees surrounding it and many birds and other animals in the area. It was close enough to town, though, for trips to feel quick and easy.The interior was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked and functional. The porches are a real highlight. We enjoyed these at all times of day, but especially in the morning.The hot tub was a real treat. It worked perfectly and was easy to use.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay, beautiful home. We had plenty of space, lovely bedding with comfortable beds. Everything was clean and very up to date and lovely, my husband loved the hot tub! Convenient location about 10 minutes from any and everything ! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was as pictured and had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. The landscaping was gorgeous and made for wonderful views. The location was great- quick access to downtown Asheville. Would recommend/stay here again.
