The property only accommodates the number of adults confirmed on the reservation. Additional guests will not be accepted.
Identification is required from all guests within 48 hours of booking and at check-in.
Absolutely No bachelorette, bachelor parties, or similar events allowed.
Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings. A noise abatement policy is in effect from 9 PM to 7 AM.
Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival.
Late check-outs - we will try to accommodate if no new guests arriving on the day of your departure. Late check out (after 10:00 AM) without prior agreement will incur a 50 euro fee.
Smoking on the property is strictly forbidden and penalty of 250 euro applies if detected.

Overall very good. The host did an excellent job of making our entry easy and provided us with valuable insights as to parking and places to see and eat in the area as well as downtown. The property was comfortable though the layout upstairs was unusual to our norms but may well have been usual for the city/neighborhood. I would mention that the downstairs shower floor is very slippery even before water was turned on. I understand that the property is up for sale so it may not be on your list in the future. We were very satisfied with our stay and appreciated the host allowing us to add a day after our original reservation.

Amazing property, amazing experience. Super clean, spacious and great location. I actually feel as though the photos provided on the listing do not do the property justice. It is so much better than expected!! Great communication and easy check in My only complaint is that the beds were painfully uncomfortable
