Awful. Those nice home decore pictures hide a sad reality.

Difficult to find among all the negativities.

Sofa bed not suitable to sleep on with the extra part rolling away and causing a serious hazard with risk of falling on the floor while asleep. Lining for sofa insufficient and not suitable for it. The sofa bed is infested with bed bugs. My daughter required medical attention upon our return home. The flat is generally dirty and carelessly managed. Shower discharge not working, cutlery insufficient, towels quantity insufficient. We had to complain and request the shower to be fixed. The plumber came 1 hour before our final departure. Dirty bed lining of previous guests stored under main bed! Host proposed partial refund and eventually denied it. Ping-pong of responsibility between host and Booking.

Bed bugs in the room forced us to leave the accommodation immediately.

Hello Booking.com Customer Support, We would like to report a serious issue regarding our recent stay booked through Booking.com. During our stay, we discovered bed bugs in the accommodation. Unfortunately, we only noticed them during the night, which forced us to immediately pack our belongings and leave the property. As a result, we spent hours traveling around London late at night trying to find alternative accommodation. Most reception desks were already closed, and we were unable to find a suitable place to stay through Booking.com at that time. This caused significant stress, inconvenience, and disruption to our trip. We contacted the accommodation provider, and they acknowledged the situation. They promised to provide a full refund and compensate us for the damages and inconvenience caused. However, we have only received a refund of €578.24, while the original amount paid through Booking.com was €608.70. Therefore, there is still €30.46 outstanding. We have evidence to support our claim, including: * Photos and videos showing the bed bugs in the accommodation. * Photos of the bites. * One of the four guests suffered numerous bed bug bites, with a significant number of bites covering their body. We kindly ask Booking.com to assist us in resolving this matter, ensuring that the full amount paid is refunded and that appropriate compensation for the distress, inconvenience, and disruption to our holiday is considered. Owner did offer late checkout -1.30pm to allow time to get the washing sorted

Bathroom light wasn’t working. Washing machine left all the washing soaking wet. Had to find a laudrematte

Stay well clear it’s a dump

The location

Well where do I start the building is in a terrible state feels like your going to fell through the stairs on the way up to the flat it’s dirty dusty and just gross the flat looked ok when we 1st entered the kitchen walls are disgusting covered in stains flat is very small not for 4 people no bedding for 4 people 2 pillows and 1 quilt for 4 people and a white throw over which is not bedding we had to ring and ring till the host answered no communication even had booking.com trying to ring the host quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to sort the flat out

Spotlessly clean and modern, in a brilliant location only a few steps away from an overground station. The price is great value and good furnishing of the flat.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, could not find any baking trays for the oven, the toilet seat did not fit the toilet and on the way up to the flat there was a door wide open to a patio/roof garden which seemed a bit of a potential security flaw.

Great location, close to the overground so easy to get around.

Sofa bed was not comfortable, slow response from the owners meant that we didn’t have suitable bedding. This should be clearly stipulated prior to check-in.
