The convenience of the location and that it had very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you could reasonably need to cook basic meals with a surprisingly thorough collection of dried herbs and spices and I appreciate having a coffee machine. Also they decided to keep the original plaster work around the ceiling which is lovely, it so often gets ripped out so it still being there is quite charming even if it is apparent that the studio fits in about a quarter of what was once a parlor or something.
The curtains aren't large enough to cover the main windows so light and noise leaks through easily, the floor was uneven and heavily damaged in a couple of places, the shower kinda broke when we were there — we couldn't twist it to get it cool enough after three days despite it being fine previously, no idea as to why. There's also basically no headroom on the mezzanine so you have to crouch the whole time, it's low enough that it legally couldn't be called a bedroom but y'know I get that they're trying to maximise the amount of space.
We were also significantly interrupted on the second day, completely unwarned by a maintenance person coming to test all the fire alarms in the building. It turned out there isn't a mains connected fire alarm just a battery operated one in the unit which is kinda concerning. I'm not sure if the guy was there to change that since he appeared to have stormed off about an hour after he demanded access to the unit with us in it, telling us nothing.
I also really don't appreciate having a ring doorbell on the front door, that just feels like an unnecessary invasion of privacy but given that the bottom door to the building can't actually be shut (strange given it's supposed to be a fire door) maybe that's there to keep an eye on anyone who randomly decides to walk in because the building as a whole looks kinda like a doss house.

Really friendly and understanding host. Perfect location right near the train station making travelling around London a breeze. Great location with lots of wine bars, pubs and restaurants. Would definitely go back!
Shower head didn’t stay upright but wasn’t a huge issue.

La struttura è accogliente e pulita, c’è tutto il necessario, dalle stoviglie, alle spezie, ed al caffè. Matthew è un host attento e molto disponibile, inoltre risponde ad ogni esigenza in qualsiasi momento. L’appartamento è attaccato alla stazione di Dalston Junction ed in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Londra. Inoltre nella zona ci sono diversi ristoranti, catene fast food e supermercati. Ho soggiornato con mia figlia ed il mio compagno, abbiamo anche utilizzato il divano letto che era molto comodo. L’appartamento si trova al primo piano ad un incrocio di una strada principale, si sente il rumore della strada ma dopo un po’ ci si abitua, noi abbiamo dormito tranquillamente tutte e 5 le notti. Lo consiglio.

Close to public transport and some trending bars. Relatively spacious for three persons.
It is extremely noisy. Sleeping without ear plugs is impossible! There are a lot of ambulances passing even at night. The couch is very uncomfortable for sleeping. I wouldn't do it again.
