Centrally located in the heart of Delhi ie Connaught circle with all the hustle and bustle just around
Staff were very nice and made us feel comfortable
There are no lifts which may be a struggle for customers with heavy luggage
However the staff are very good and supportive and will provide help if necessary

Everything was wonderful! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location in Connaught Place was absolutely perfect.

AC, fans and position made the room temperature and basic comfort level very good. The staff were attentive and rapid to respond to any needs. We got there well before the official check in time but were made to feel welcome and comfortable before getting an early check in. Facilities were very good. Bathroom was well equipped. Bed was comfortable and being a premium room we had plenty space and an outdoor balcony area which made it feel spacious. The adjoining restaurant is very good. Enjoyed the food there. (Chilli parathas! Phew they have a kick but I would get them again next time!!)
Some minor corrections could be made. More tea/coffee sachets and spoons (we had no spoons or cutlery). Daily water replenishment would be good too. It is a basic requirement often overlooked and making sure guests have bottled water regularly replenished would be an improvement. Having said that, any request for anything like this was really quickly dealt with. No lift so getting heavy luggage up and down stairs was a challenge. Luckily they have staff on hand to help - always!

It was clean and definitely the location.
Staff are not welcoming. All staff were playing with the phone and didn’t even say hi. Breakfast was okay. We stayed in the city side top floor. Because the door is facing the Main Street, night time was so noisy.
