Property was spacious, clean and near to the communal pool area. Air conditioning is in good order (though on a daily limit).
The communal pool and grass areas are clean and tidy, though very monitored by local residents who are very keen to enforce all pool area rules on tourists, perhaps a little even a little too much.
Host, Mariana, was pleasant and helpful.
The property would suit many and was in a good standard.
The property is a little bit of a walk to amenities. The closest shop (10mins) is small and doesn't have a great deal, but handy and serves some food and drinks, so not too bad. The nearest bars and eateries are a good 15 to 20 minute walk, GA commercial at least 25 to 30 minutes and ALDI is 15 minutes.
So, best with a car, rather than on foot.
Bewarned to count towels when checking in, after paying a late check in and a late check out fee I was a little surprised to have a further charge for a towel that I am not 100% existed.
Next door have a dog that is left alone allot and enjoys howling, whilst this wasn't all day every day, it did crack on for a few hours every day, sometimes from early hours which was sometimes an issue.
Of note to other bookers, the 4th bedroom leads off of the 3rd bedroom, so privacy isn't the best, but it was ok for us as it was for kids.
