The apartment was nice and modern and was very clean and had the perfect amount of room for my family and I
The location was perfect (its very close to marvel stadium for the footy and the southern cross train station too). The facilities were lovely, the pool was nice and spacious and we loved the steam room. The owner was also really lovely to talk to and very helpful.

Had to follow up with owner a couple of times for checking in early and obtaining keys. So comms could be improved.

The location was perfect! Tram stop at front of building, Spencer Street Outlet Shopping and abundant dining choices.
The rooms and bathrooms were a very good size and comfortable for two people sharing the space.
The appliances were very modern and they were all easy to use.
Picking the keys up was a little awkward with suitcases in tow. There was nowhere to leave luggage and concierge could not store/or accept responsibility. The collection/drop off point was a block away.
Please consider a larger rubbish bin for the kitchen and/or instructions on disposal of rubbish for a longer stay ( we were two people for 4 nights).
Please consider cleaning the sofa. Stains on a light coloured sofa ruined the overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the unit.

bed comfort , bath, the pool and spas / sauna and steam rooms, the location, the tv/ blankets. etc etc
the front reception staff inconsistency and inconsiderate attitude. but loved it regardless as everything found of difficulty already discussed with the property chatline directly and all matters resolved. so realistically. nothings disliked. 😊
