The stay was good due to the location and the hotel's modern construction. I would like to thank Mr. Hakan at the reception, as he was cheerful and helpful. Thanks are also due to Mr. Safa and Mr. Yusef, as they were very helpful whenever service was requested from them.
The room cleaning was poor; it was limited to tidying the room and emptying the trash cans without cleaning the bathroom floors.
Breakfast was very basic, despite the variety offered. The selection was extremely limited, and once the food ran out, it wasn't replenished, especially during the last hour. Unfortunately, some of the fruit on the plates was spoiled, including apples, nectarines, and cherry tomatoes.

الموقع والراحة والنظافة وحسن التعامل من الموظفين عموما وأخص أولا الإخت sinem التي قامت مشكورة بترقية غرفتي مجانا بعد أن اشتكيت لها من ضيق المساحة كما أود أن أشكر موظفي الشفت الليلي هاكان وأمين على حسن تعاملهم فقد كانوا خدومين جدا ولا أنسى المديرة جيرسون أيضا
