We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul and were genuinely impressed by the level of service and hospitality throughout our visit.
What truly made our experience special, however, were İlhan, Asaf and Sahra. All three went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine friendliness really stood out. They were always attentive, helpful and ready to assist with a smile, and their warm approach made us feel more like valued guests than just hotel customers.
It is rare to encounter a team with such a high level of personal service. İlhan, Asaf and Sahra are a real credit to the hotel, and we sincerely hope their excellent work is recognized.
The hotel itself was also excellent — comfortable, well maintained and in a great location for exploring Istanbul. Everything contributed to a very pleasant and memorable stay.
A special thank you to İlhan, Asaf and Sahra for making our visit so enjoyable. They truly made the difference!

Very friendly and helpful staff , especially Asaf. Location is very strategic. Hard and short way up - lots of local cafes with super prices and good transport point. The room was clean and exactly as in photos. We stayed only 2 nights but they did a little cleaning and changed towels.
