The staff were helpful, informative and friendly. Everything was very clean. The pool area was really nice especially at dusk, the sky views were lovely. Good area with easy access to a lot of activities. We checked in on Sunday September 6th for a concert at Tanglewood and the young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He also provided excellent advice for getting to Tanglewood and allowing time. We ended up booking an extra night because we enjoyed ourselves so much. Thank you

Pancake maker out of order, that was a big fat bummer!
After booking a room waaaay in advance, they gave us a room right next to the elevators. That’s very rude in my book.

Breakfast was OK. Coffee was diluted
The price. Granted it was a weekend price. We paid around $450 for the night. While we were there, we overheard a phone call from a customer who secured a room at around $195. OUCH!!!!
