Location , friendly staff.
It’s hard to find club house if you arrive at night. Need clear indication how to find the club house to check in.

I love sitting on a deck overlooking the pond!
The unit is large, clean well stocked. ( bring your own coffee )
Overall a good property but just a little “ tired”
Great proximity to Lenox and tanglewood..
The exterior and entrance are in some disrepair and give one a bad feeling when you enter.

Great location for everything we wanted to do.
Nobody responded to my email about arriving late. I had to call. They left a temporary key for me but then the next morning, no one was there at 8am when I needed to leave. I had to intentionally return before 9pm to get my “real key” which was inconvenient. Check out is by 10am and yet staff doesn’t arrive until 9am. Ridiculous!
Also, no coffee or shampoo or conditioner in the room. That is a massive and unacceptable situation. I wake up two hours before my husband. To not have coffee anywhere walkable to the unit is just not ok with me. Period.
