The hotel is convenient, clean, and satisfying, close, within walking distance, of our destination

The breakfast buffet, the shower size, the room air conditioning, the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The dark floors are a little strange; feel strange. Floors should be either carpeted or tiled. Need more light in the hallways

The manager ( Shay) and the reception team were very helpful and attentive! And they give us the opportunity to have a late check out, that we really appreciated! The location for us was perfect because we need to be close to Assuta Hospital. The breakfast was delicious , plenty and full of options!

1._ First of all we stayed at room 604 and the floor of the room was almost without a carpet just under the bed's area and the rest of the floor was uncomfortable to walk in! 2._ The first night we noticed that the bed undersheet was dirty. We told them and they came immediately to change all the bed sheets.

room not great. not enough power outlets and no door to the bathroom. sofa in the room was all ripped up. couldn’t control the air/ heat manually.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby was very welcoming and clean. It is located near an Italian restaurant 'Joya' which has absolutely amazing food!

The corridor to the rooms on my floor had bare floors painted black. It was so dark yet I was able to see a creepy crawler go by. The lighting itself was minimal. The room floor was also bare and painted -paint was all over the base boards. The throw rug was not vacuumed and the doors were dirty! However, the decor is nice and the bed & bathroom were clean.

My father was in Assuta hospital right opposite the hotel, my mother stayed in the hotel, perfect location, clean and nice room and great breakfast. Very attentive personnel, much appreciated!

disappointing.

Just the location is ok. Plenty of restaurants around.

Staff hardly speaks English. During checkin I needed to go up and down twice as room key wasnt working finally they have shifted me to another room which is facing cargo loading bay of the building next door. It took 2 technicians 30 minuted of work to make the tv work and during my 6 days stay they didnt be able to make the safe work. Facility manager admitted that none of the safes work anyway. During my checkout at 4 am the receptionist didnt have any idea how the system works and took 20 minutes to be able to issue my invoice.
