The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel is beautiful, our room was perfect and the view was breath taking

View from the room (313) was outstanding. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.
Massagists working there were mediocre at best. Prices are steep in the restaurant.

The view from the terrace, overall cleanliness and brand-new fluffy bathrobes and towels in sufficient quantity.
Front desk attitude = 2 employees showing obvious signs of demotivation and disinterest, unable and/or not willing to speak another language than German.
No slippers in the bedroom, although announced on the official hotel website and via Booking.
After asking for 2 pairs, thinking it had just been forgotten, the receptionist provided a lengthy sermon about sustainability, this time in English, pushing me to buy eco-friendly flip-flops from the boutique, emphasizing a “cheap price of 5 Euros” per pair.
About green attitude, one can wonder if it is it logical then to provide systematically so many kits (shoe shine, sewing, vanity) especially a miniature nail file in a carton box, 2 paper blocs (1 for repairs 1 for notes) and disposable paper napkins for the breakfast ?
In the tube = not enough water pressure and fluctuation of its temperature.
The uncomfortable bed = 1 tiny and 1 hard pillow, a soft mattress.
The spa = almost cold water for the swimming pool, a 80 d.C post it under the 60 d.C, a customer wearing his city shoes, no present employee to monitor everything.
The breakfast = Most of the time breakfast attendant was alone, 2 stale whole grain breads, resupplying of cooked ham performed after insistence, no pastry. Annoying repetitive zen music and a crowd passing regularly the buffet in order to reach a conference held nearby.
