Staff was kind, helpfull, accomodation was great.
Small hotel, only 4 floors.
Staff helped us book a taxi, do the takuyubin etc.
Location was unreal next to the railway... 10/10 no complain ! I would go here again.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Excellent location for Gion. Romms and bathrooms are small but very clean and comfortable.

The location was excellent
Our hotel room was long and extremely narrow. The total width of the room was around 6 feet in my estimation with bunkbeds along the wall and no more than a 2 foot walking path from the front door to the bathroom. Just a bit uncomfortable.
Also, this hotel has an extremely late 4pm check-in in comparison to almost all other hotels where it is generally possible to check in by 1pm or 2 PM. But the room would be available for an additional ¥2000 charge per hour, so seems unreasonable to have a very late check-in but charge for an earlier check-in.
