L'emplacement parfait. Système d'accès performant même si j'ai un peu hésité la première fois. Système d'information et fonctionnement de l'établissement en amont performant avec messagerie what'sapp. Cuisine moderne toute équipée à disposition gracieusement. Piece commune d'accueil chaleureuse et très bien équipée. Environnement calme et respectueux. Ascenseur. Chambre trop petite mais fonctionnelle. Clim appréciable, bonne literie, accès tv et applications facile. Propreté et note d'accueil écrite. Je n'ai pas pris de pdj donc je ne peux rien dire. Suffisamment de restaurants autour, tram et gare à 10mn à pied, metro à 15mn. Tout cela en bord de Tage, donc accès facile à belem et Cascais.
le peu d'espace pour 1 personne, alors avec 2 personnes, on ne peut plus bouger dans la chambre. Rien pour mettre les vêtements, à peine la place de mettre 2 valises par terre et on vit dans la valise. Rien pour accrocher drap de bain pour sécher, douche très étroite et je suis fine corporellement. Aucune place dans la salle de bain pour entreposer trousse à toilette. Radio trop encombrante sur table de nuit. Surprise de constater qu'il n'y a pas d'accueil, de réception hôtelière, seulement un numéro de tel en cas de besoin mais cela fonctionne très bien car tout est bien expliqué.

It was clean, in an excellent location without a lot of uphill walking to reach it in contrast with other establishments. The staff was very helpful and kind and let us store our luggages earlier since we arrived before the check-in time.
The bathroom was indeed small but that wasn’t really the issue. We were prepared about it and we didn’t mind. The problem with it was drainage. The drain of the shower didn’t work properly and as a result a small pool of water was forming on your feet, which forced you to finish fast your shower and not properly enjoy it.
Second, and most important, the noise situation was BAD. It was Monday night/Tuesday early morning and even till around 4:00 am and after it there was some insanely loud club music coming most likely from some other building. There was no proper sound insulation and mind you we were living at a top floor. I didn’t sleep properly I’m afraid.
