It was quiet and secure with nice and helpful staff.
The elevator is very small so it took several trips to get our party of 10 up and down. There were no wash clothes or tissues. Coffee and tea was available at an extra charge.

It was a very pretty and spacious room and the female staff were very kind. The location was great.
One night there was an angry, drunk homeless man lying outside the hotel who spat at two women who walked by. I tried to tell the man at the desk but he couldn’t understand English.

Fantastic location in the centre of Rome; very comfortable bed. Good sound-proofing.
Staff were welcoming and warm.
Room was small but fairly new.
Very expensive for what you get; we paid an inflated weekend rate (about double the 'normal' price) which made this basic 3 star hotel feel hugely over-priced.
The entrance of the hotel is difficult to find and not easy to use every day. The hotel is basically a dozen bedrooms on the 6th floor of a residential/business building. No entrance on the ground floor - just a buzzer. The hotel gives 2 keys to open the 2 building doors but because the keys have been duplicated they stick and we had to buzz the reception [and wait] to get in.
No hot water in the shower in the morning - was fixed on the 3rd day. Shower holder was broken - not fixed.
Cleaning was patchy; the TV remote was covered in dust/dead skin. Hair in the bathroom.
