All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious but if it is a group of girls take a spare mirror! Location was brilliant, would stay there again

Really good location and overall.
However, one male member of staff who acted as a doorman for the apartments throughout the night was really rude to us. He made me and my friends feel extemely uncomfortable and I honestly don't see how he still has a job there he was incredibly angry and hostile towards us.
Apart from that all of the other staff were really lovely and helpful and the apartment overall was great value for money.

Although my room was directly above Plastik, the hotel was pleasant to stay in. It was roomy and clean, with a great balcony and view out over the beach. Being above a nightclub meant we didn't have to worry about being too loud.
