Great location in Lonely Beach. The owner was so sweet and helpful, and the room i got was absolutely enormous! The owner also runs the mini mart which was very convenient, with free tea, coffee and toast in the motnings. She also offered a laundry service for 50baht a kilo.
Unfortunately there was a mix up with my booking - despite me reserving and paying for my room weeks in advance, I arrived to find out there was no room for me. Thankfully this was quickly resolved - the owner contacted a resort nearby who put me up for 3 nights for no extra charge. When I finally could move to Bamboo Hut, I was put in a different room temporarily for 1 night before finally moving to the originally intended bungalow! The room was very spacious - however my only real complaints are that there was no fridge, and that the bathroom was teaming with ants which appeared to be eating away at the roof, leaving dust over everything! I don't suppose this applies to every room though!
