Great location, pretty envirnoment

The area has lovely trees and plants and the design of the chalets is such that it feels very private. The shaded terrace overlooking the gardens is great - and there are rails for drying clothes. The large glass doors are tinted so feel private and cool. The bed is large and a bit hard. there is good space for putting and hanging clothes. The shower works well, the lighting is good. The receptionist (Dah) is very pleasant and helpful. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and Kai Bae beach is less than 10 minutes and good for walking and swimming.

The wash basin is a bit small. It would be great if there were an area where we could wash clothes in a bigger sink.

Drama

We booked accommodation for 2 nights. After arrival, it turned out that they had no available rooms. It was evening and we were left without accommodation. Drama! We do not recommend booking at this property :(

Materasso comodo, struttura tutto sommato pulita.

Non ho potuto avere una camera matrimoniale, quando ci si fa la doccia si lava dappertutto, non è facile contattare la reception.

Cheap stay for first 2 nights in a new place.

No breakfast provided. Soon was clean and spacious. AC worked fine. Has a balcony. Cheap and cheerful.

We stayed 3 places in Koh Chang, this was the best.

Basic and nice beds in a clean room. Nice AC and located near the beach. The small town has a 7/11, nice restaurants and most amenities.

The shower was quite low and the whole bathroom flooded once you showered. Especially annoying when you had gone to the beach.

the smell of cannabis. the receptionist was stoned the whole time. this was more like a cannabis factory than an hotel. if you like that stuff, then I suppose is fine but not for us.

really lovely staff, comfy beds, very well equipt, beautiful garden with flowers and butterflies, good atmosphere, great location next to lots of restaurants shops and beach

noisy next door meant their generator for the pool was very loud

Chilled out and good value.

We felt very relaxed during our stay and it was exactly what we needed. The room got cleaned every day which was super. It was in a really good location - walking distance from every thing we needed.

Perfect! Wish I stayed here longer. Clean and spacious rooms in a quiet resort. Close to the beach and restaurants. Really nice staff, couldn’t fault this place.

Defo a nice place to stay. Totally worth the money. Clean and comfy bungalows.

Comfy beds, warm water, clean place, good A/C, close to the beach.

Quite noisy (there is a club open till 2AM across the street).

Not a bad choice

Nice "concrete style" room (half of double bungalow / cottage). Great terrace. Surrounded by greens so you feel relaxed. Close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, motorbike rentals, dining area. Walking distance to Kai Bae beach. The fridge was working even while we were out. Nice staff.

There are "paper walls", you could hear your neighbours and sometimes it's very disturbing. There is a safe but just laying in the wardrobe so you can take it and carry away in one hand... Room and terrace are great but we didn't like the bathroom. Water taps on wash basin and shower don't work properly. The bathroom gets wet immediately. Shower is over a toilet. There is no fan. And waste water pipes get stinky fast. As the accommodation is close to the main road and everything, you can hear loud music from local bars till the night.

- large bungalow with private terrace - ac available - Good location, easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and nightlife, yet very quiet.

- Bathroom could be a bit bigger or at least arranged differently - The rooms themselves are very quiet, only very poorly soundproofed to the direct neighbors...

Superb

Clean, good location, good value, nice grounds, friendly staff, good size room, air-conditioning, fridge.

Bed was not very comfortable, but no worse than any other accommodation of this price range. Difficult to find breakfast nearby.

Good quality place for holiday

The room is clean and new in a good location, easy to find food, bar and drug store or 7-11. Many facilities in room more than the price. Here is really good place to stay.

it is quiet, near to the beach, close to restaurants and supermarket.

I cannot say 100%… but I have bed bugs bites since I left this place. I stayed there for 5 nights. So it is realistic, that I got it from there. altought that did not looked so bad…

Green and clean

Nice place. I had a room next to the river and worried about mosquitoes but it was ok. Maybe because in my room there lived a small house gecko :) It was very nice and pretty. Very comfy and perfectly clean bed, sockets next to bed, kettle, fridge, hairdryer — everything you need. Nice terrace with table and chairs. TV with many international and local channels. Everyday cleaning and changing towels. Staff can bring you some fruits for free. And drinking water is also available. 5-7 mins to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around.
