The location is perfect! Close to everything (beach, restaurants, shops). I didn’t rent a scooter but I still felt like I could get around very easily from here. The bed was nice & comfortable and there was a fridge always stocked with cold water. I also liked that the bungalows were tucked behind the main road so it was very quiet and the garden was well maintained!
The woman at the front desk wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I asked her for food recommendations and if she could help call me a taxi and she said she didn’t have any and to just flag one down. When I arrived she just gave me a key and pointed at my room. The rooms are a bit outdated and small. The first day my toilet didn’t work and they had to send someone to fix it. The bathroom had a weird smell and a window that couldn’t be covered, so people from above could look directly in. Every time you shower the bathroom floor would flood and it was always wet. The air conditioner wasn’t very powerful and the room was very hot. The power is only on when your key is in the room so it also takes a long time to cool down. It wasn’t a horrible stay by any means, but there is some room for improvement!
